Requirements:

• Own and operate a small business (e-commerce & logistics) focused on local, sustainable commerce
• Strong technical background in software engineering or related fields (e.g., computer science, web development)
• Proven ability to contribute to software projects; experience with open-source tools, APIs, or decentralized systems is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset aligned with cooperative values like equity, transparency, and community impact
• Basic proficiency in digital tools; fluency in English, additional languages beneficial

We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to help manage our supply chain and shipping operations. You'll work directly with our vendors and shipping partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and shipping partners
• Track and optimize delivery schedules
• Manage inventory levels and forecasting
• Resolve shipping issues and customer inquiries
• Improve logistics processes and efficiency

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in French. English and German would be a great plus
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities

Join our engineering team as a Junior Software Engineer or Intern and help build our platform. You'll work with Python, Flask, PostgreSQL to create features that empower local commerce. We do not expect candidates to know our stack, but we expect intelligence and grit.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain features using Python, Flask, JavaScript
• Work with PostgreSQL databases and SQLAlchemy
• Build responsive frontend interfaces with Vue.js, HTMX
• Write clean, maintainable code
• Collaborate with the team on architecture decisions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of software development experience (personal projects, open source is fine)
• Proficiency in Python and web development (or similar stack)
• Understanding of SQL databases and ORMs
• Familiarity with JavaScript and modern frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
